A vibrant blend of Sauvignon Blanc, Menu Pineau, Romorantin, Riesling, Gewurztraminer, Melon de Bourgogne, Sacy, Pinot Gris, Chardonnay, Sémillon, Aligoté, Chenin, Chasselas, Savagnin, Meslier-Saint-François and more. Textured and gently saline, showing notes of green apple, preserved lemon, white flowers and a distinct stony minerality, with freshness, energy and beautiful balance throughout the palate.
