Hand-harvested Sauvignon Blanc and Menu Pineau, gently direct-pressed using the family’s 100-year-old manual press, then aged for 18 months. Golden straw in colour, with apple, pear and subtle spice. The palate is structured, vibrant and mineral, with notes of hazelnut and pear eau-de-vie. Drinks beautifully now with a gentle decant, yet has great aging potential.
