L'Anglore 2023 Vaucrose

Grenache noir, Cinsault and Clairette.
Wholebunch maceration of grapes from the vines planted on complex, fossil-rich soils – a mix of red clay, ancient sand, limestone, and galets. Grapes are pressed before aging for 10 months in cement tanks. Again, this drinks with a little more structure and complexity than the “core” Tavel. In contrast to the Sables, this contains more concentrated fruit, a subtle salinity and gentle grip. This will age beautifully.
