Lamoresca Bianco is rich and round, with a good acidity. A white-ish wine, that will become more impressive after one or two years in bottle. Spontaneous fermentation with 2 days skin maceration and no temperature control. Aged in cement and old wooden barrel. Natural malolactic fermentation. No added sulphur and no filtering or fining. Biodynamically certified.
