La Vrille et le Papillon 2023 La Tribu

The Ardeche is a special place, nestled up in the hills above the Rhone river, you’ll find the same grape varieties but wines made with soul from a younger generation.
La Vrille et la Papillon (the tendril and the butterfly) give us this cracking Grenache made via Carbonic maceration. Bright red fruits, raspberry compote, fluid and free. It’s supported by fine tannins and garrigue and is a joy in the cooler months.
