La Soeur Cadette 2023 Bourgogne Rouge

This wine is made with Pinot Noir from Volnay and Vézelay, mostly from vineyards with light, stony red clay soil.
The vines are approximately 45 years old. Whole clusters were macerated with occasional punching down of the tank and then after lightly pressing it was aged in barrels and tanks. No filtration.
