La Curiosa Sardines in Olive Oil (115g)

Possibly the best sardines in the world.
These sardines are caught in the Arousa Estuary, in the area closest to the town of Rianxo, during July and August, when they have the highest fat content. They are caught at dawn, on an empty stomach, which facilitates the cleaning and gutting process.
