Kamara Pure 2024 Retsina

Retsina is a Greek wine with a thousand-year-old tradition.
It is produced by adding Aleppo pine resin from the mountains of the island of Evia to infuse during spontaneous fermentation. The Kioutsoukis family, owners of the Kamara winery, wanted to propose their own version of this 'popular' wine with an unmistakable flavour. Made from Assirtyco and Roditis grapes, it has a simple, refreshing and thirst-quenching sip, moving on the palate with elegance, releasing notes of rosemary, pine and herbs and citrus traits. A salty and very long finish that entices one to sip again
