100% single vineyard Riesling from Orange, NSW.
Pressed and cold settled, racked to neutral oak for a slow 24-day fermentation before being stopped with some residual sugar. Matured in oak for 6-months of full ferment lees. Citrus pith, pear and green apple plus a nice dash of minerality.
