Jean-Yves Péron 2022 Pierra Menta

Born and raised in the Savoie, Jean-Yves Péron studied winemaking in Bordeaux in the late 90’s.
After school he spent some time working for Thiery Allemand in Cornas and later with Bruno Schueller in Alsace, both of whom he considers his mentors. All fruit is organic and biodynamic. From a small parcel if Gringet in Conflans, this is macerated for 2 weeks and spends 1 year in 300lt barrels. Deeply mineral, with some nutty notes, and savoury fruit.
