Jean-François Ganevat 2022 Les Chalasses Vieilles Vignes Poulsard

All of Ganevat's wines are biodynamic.
Whole bunch ferment, no racking and all whites go through malolactic fermentation. Only a touch of preservative used at bottling. All wines are bottled in the summer, two years after the harvest. This is estate Poulsard.
