Jean Foillard 2023 Fleurie

This is from the 'Champagne' lieu-dit in Fleurie though they are not allowed to call it that anymore after a fight with a certain sparkling wine region further North!
They make very little and it sells very quickly in France. I have missed it and I am glad we were able to buy some this year. This is very very attractive as ever, red fruited and strawberry kissed it is pure and lithe, quite irresistable and has the brightness and lightness that keeps one coming back for more. Silky Silky.
