Chalmers Vineyard, Merbein, hybrid Traditional/Ancestral Method sparkling wine, 1/3 each 2021, 2022 and 2023 vintage wines, hand-picked, destemmed, wild fermented, 4-5 days on skins, stored in old barrels and tank, blended and bottled while the 2023 portion was still fermenting. Unfined, unfiltered, undisgorged.
