Chalmers Vineyard, Heathcote, hybrid Traditional/Ancestral Method sparkling wine, 1/3 each 2020, 2021 and 2023 vintage wines, handpicked, whole bunch pressed, wild fermented, and stored in old barrels, blended and bottled while the 2023 portion was still fermenting. 2 years on lees. Hand disgorged 'a la volée'. Unfined, unfiltered. Made for my brother.
