Hunter-Gatherer 2022 Pet Nat

Petillant Naturel or “Pet Nat” for short (also called Ancestral Sparkling)
Made using Shiraz, Merlot, Chardonnay, Malbec & Riesling grapes. We bottled this wine close to the end of the first fermentation to convert just enough sugar into carbon dioxide gas inside the bottle for a light refreshing fizz. Cloudy with a yeasty sediment. Wild yeast ferment in tank, no additions. It’s crisp, textural and refreshing.
