Hopeless Thoughtful 2024 Planted A Thought

Notes from the big Hammer:
Organic Chardonnay grown in Borenore, NSW. The vines sit at a groovy 870m in elevation and are certified Biodynamic as well. The juice was drained off into stainless steel, left to reductively ferment, and left to rest for 12 months. The vino was then bottled straight out of the tank without the addition of sulphur. Sour melons and green apples.
