Haoma 2025 Rosé

A debut release for Morgane Pavri-Rieme.
Cabernet Sauvignon from the Yarra Valley. Direct press, with half the juice aged in old oak barrels and half in stainless steel with pressed riesling skins. Notes of clementine, strawberry, peach, thyme, and lavender, with a palate of strawberry cream, mandarin, and a salty pink grapefruit finish. Haoma is the name for s sacred plant and the drink made from it, central to Zoroastrian rituals.
