Hopeless Thoughtful 2023 Forgot My Goggles

Notes from the maker - Hamish:
Organic Chardonnay from Borenore which sits at a groovy 870m in elevation. Fruit was hand destemmed into amphora for 2 months. Pressed to neutral French oak for 10 months and then bottled straight out of barrel, zero sulphur added. Chewy, grungy and a little bit silly.
