The 2020 Les Muits cuvée comes from a single plot, "Les Muits," located in the Premier Cru terroir of Tauxières, in the heart of the Montagne de Reims. This plot, planted with Chardonnay in 1985, is organically farmed. It gives the wine great purity and remarkable minerality.
