Dry, fresh & textural. Banana peel, pineapple & lime splice. Seaspray, ginger & walnuts. Hand picked on Wiradjuri Land. Mudgee, NSW. Wild yeast. 10 days skin contact. 30% carbonic maceration. 70% whole berry. 6 months in aged barriques. Unfined & Unfiltered. 800 bottles.
