Fratelli D'Anna 2022 Chianti

Notes from the D'Anna's..:
We have used concrete tanks for fermentation, the wines age in large untoasted oak casks as well as in concrete tanks.This wine has been made with traditional vineyard management and without the use of any synthectic chemicals. The vineyards for these wines are based on an ancient farming landscape with biodiversity being the key: vineyards, olive trees, figs tree and very old fruit plants. Aged in a mix of cement and old oak from mature vines in Tuscany and made without the use of most modern intervention. This wine has a character and soul that stands out and a personality that reminds me of those old school Italian styles.
