Verdelho, Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, Marsanne. Honestly, when is it not a good time for a skinsy wine? All grapes here were de-stemmed and fermented separately for a month before being pressed to puncheons. Only 6 months on full fermentation lees before bottling. This excellent wine is perfect whether served at room temperature or chilled in the fridge. It offers refreshing notes of orange sherbet, complemented by a delightful herbal undertone.
