A blend of Shiraz (65%) from granite and Nebbiolo (35%) from ironstone soils. Shiraz with a firmer direct press to barrel, Nebbiolo destemmed and fermented in concrete for 22 days with regular pump-overs, then to barrel for a few month. Blend post Malo, some sulphur before bottle. This is soooo good.
