The harvest is manual, carried out at the optimal moment of ripeness, and once in the cellar, a spontaneous fermentation begins in stainless steel tanks with 2 weeks of skin contact. Afterwards, the wine matures for 3 months partially in 700-liter amphorae and standing tanks. It is finally bottled unfiltered. Tea leaves and grapefruit, a touch oxidative. Balanced with a subtle presence of tannins.
