Late hopped in the kettle with Australian grown hops. Fermented cold and slow with our house lager strain for 12 days to present the cleanest snappy lager possible. Then moved to a secondary tank to lager until perfection. Full strength, 4.6%. Drinking this beer you get a snappy, crackery and super refreshing experience.
