Domaine Mosse 2023 La Joute

Notes from the importers - Living Wines:
The Chardonnay for this estate wine was planted in 1987 and the Chenin Blanc in 2015 but in the same place. The soil is clay and quartz on schist. The grapes were directly pressed then aged in oak barrels on lees for 8 months prior to assembly before bottling in June 2024. It is taut and precise, and worthy of aging. No detectable levels of sulphites when analysed.
