Domaine Landron 2022 Chartier Naturlich

A clean and precise blend of Folle Blanche and Pinot Noir.
Perfect at the start of the meal with some oysters. Hand-harvested and then direct press. Indigenous yeast used for fermentation. Bottled after resting approximately 2 weeks in concrete tanks, fermentation then finishes in bottle. 6 months on the lees in bottle, disgorged without dosage.
