Two-thirds of the vines are between 70 and 80 years of age and the remaining vines are approximately 20+ years old.
Immense cohesion and energy that spills over on the chalky-textured finish. This is (yet another) outstanding 2015 from Domaine Pavelot who frankly has done little wrong this vintage.
