Domaine Fabien Coche 2019 Bourgogne Côte-d'Or Chardonnay

Coche's Bourgogne Blanc comes from seven well-situated parcels of vines in Meursault, located just below the village. The wine is whole-bunch pressed, aged in a 3000-liter foudre, then transferred to stainless steel tanks for an additional six months. It is bottled in January after spending a total of 16 months on lees, without any fining or filtration.
