Della Staffa 2021 Monaco Bianco

Quite simple and beautiful.
This is an elegant take on orange wine. Danilo, who made the wine, would probably call it a white wine, but there is a little bit of skin contact here, so it gives a light touch of texture and grip. Made from a blend of Trebbiano Toscano, Trebbiano Spoletino, Trebbiano Montanaro, its got intense stone fruit flavours, a touch of sweet spice, and trademark minerality.
