100% Grenache this year and from a new vineyard. treated simply to get a good feel for what this site can do. Certified organically grown Pyrenees Grenache (Landsborough Vineyard), de-stemmed and macerated for 3 weeks. Elevage in neutral oak barrels for 10 month. All wines unfiltered, unfined, wild fermented and no additions of any kind - just grapes.
