Inspired by the savoury, textural skin contact wines of Italy. Certified sustainably grown Heathcote Fiano (80%) de-stemmed over the top of wholebunch Heathcote Greco, macerated for 4 days. aged in neutral oak for 10 months. All wines unfiltered, unfined, wild fermented and no additions of any kind - just grapes.
