100% Pinot Nero - notes from the importer:
Bolder than usual, shaped by a slightly warmer vintage. Sourced from a 600-metre-high vineyard planted from a French massale selection. Fermentation took place on the skins for the entire duration of the alcoholic process, with no punching down, only gentle pump-overs. It then rested for a year in small French oak barrels and another year in bottle before release.
