So it turns out, XXXX isn't the only Queensland wine.
Born from a love of locally sourced produce, community and experimentation, Crusher Wines is a project that aims to source the best Queensland fruit and use it to create fun, interesting and thoughtful wines made with minimal intervention. This is 100% Verdelho. 72 hours of skin contact and aged on lees for 6 months in a stainless steel tank. Bright but textural. Citrus notes alongside crisp minerality with the contact time with the lees adding a delicate savoury element to the wine.
