Average 30 year old vines. Fermentation with natural yeast, light maceration 'infusion' style for 20 days in stainless steel tanks with a daily pumping over. Ageing 6 months in stainless steel tanks. No fining and no filtration. Incredible value for quality wine that punch way above its price point.
