Cornuto Contento 2023 Rosso Bianco

Notes from Harry - he makes the wines:
A red white blend of Shiraz and Chardonnay. 75% Shiraz, 25% Chardonnay. Organic fruit from Rosnay in Canowindra. Straight pressed Shiraz blended with skin contact Chardonnay. 1 year in old oak followed by 2 years in bottle. No additions. Hard to pigeonhole but probably sits in the chilled red category. Savoury, earthy.
