Sauvignon blanc from Brendan Cameron's (Lansdowne Wine) vineyard in Forreston, Adelaide Hills. We've been lucky enough to get some really expressive fruit from these guys over the last couple years. It's pretty cold in Forreston, so Sauvy B gets a long & slow ripening season. Happy days. This was destemmed & left on skins for 5 days, then pressed to an egg, a new puncheon, two old barriques & a stainless tank before a 9 month rest on full solids. Plenty of texture & passionfruit, without being typical of Sauv B.
