CLO 2021 Tumbarumba Chardonnay

The 2021 Tumbarumba Chardonnay is elegant and complex.
Often deceiving, it moves between upfront purity and finesse, a cuddly mid-palate and a savoury, mineral and textural finish. Pear, lime tart, green apple and stone. It’s long and evolving with time in the glass and pairs well with antipasto, seafood, poultry and pork.
