Champagne Éléa NV Les Coquelicots de Cerseuil
Champagne Éléa is a grower-led project rooted in the villages of Cerseuil, Troissy, and Bouquigny, where steep, south-facing slopes of clay-limestone overlook the Marne Valley.
Here, Meunier thrives alongside a small proportion of Chardonnay, giving wines with both depth and salinity. This is a blend of 70% Pinot Meunier and 30% Chardonnay from clay-limestone soil in Cerseuil. Named after the poppies that grow freely in the vineyards, a symbol of rebirth and resilience. Floral, vibrant, with redcurrant and orchard citrus.
