Carto 2023 Semillon

Notes from the winemaker:
Hand picked Semillon from Fiona Woods 60 yr old Bio-dynamic vines in McLaren Flat. Sandy soils @ 110 Mt ASL. Foot stomped and left on skins for 20 hours, then pressed to barrel for 1 year. Un topped for the last 3 months in barrel. Briney, slight oxidative, citrus.
