Carto 2023 Grenache

Notes from from Brendan.
Hand picked Grenache from Fiona Woods 60 yr old Bio-dynamic vines in McLaren Flat. Sandy soils @ 110 Mt ASL. Whole bunch full cab mac ferment for 10 days, crushed then left over night and pressed the next day. Seasoned oak for 1 year. Light, cherries, and raspberries with sublet tannin and good acidity.
