Estate fruit, hand pruned, sustainably grown. Gently picked and pressed immediately to tank to retain freshness. Finished in barrel for 2 months to build subtle complexity. On the nose - fresh, vibrant and citrus flower. The palate has loads of lemon - super crisp... Followed by the classic Vermentino saltiness.
