Riffing on a Provence style rosé with notes of raspberry, banana and clove. Slight oiliness from banana skins and elevated acidity allow it to stand up to some fattier fish/meats with a reductive fruit aroma and good length on the palate. A complex and gastronomic alcohol-free beverage made from premium ingredients in a restaurant kitchen.
