Started by Christophe and Barbara, who draw on wide and varied experience in the restaurant industry, wine importing, and even ballet, the brewery opened its doors in 2013.
They are committed to using only the highest-quality ingredients and the water sourced from the bowels of Mount Blanc. All beers are certified organic by Nature & Progres in France. Beer fermented and aged on Chardonnay lees for 9 months. The grapes and barrels come from the estate of Fred Cossard.
