A blend of Adelaide Hills and Fleurieu fruit. Skin contact. Tonic like, Fresh. A rolling blend of all the white grape fermentations of 2022. Some De-stemmed, Some Carbonic and some direct pressed to pull the focus. A snapshot of the year in a bottle. Starting this ice cold from the fridge is a fun time, like drinking from a glacier... Probably?
