Borachio 2020 Chardonnay Savagnin

This wine used to be called Battered Sav, but Mark and Alicia got over how many people thought it was Sauvignon Blanc.
Direct press and barrel fermented Chardonnay and Savagnin here. 80% Chardonnay and 20% Savagnin from Mt Compass to be precisie  Borachio’s whites have gotten more serious every vintage and this is no exception. Powerful, yet full of finesse. Oyster wine.
