Bobar 2023 Chardonnay

This is bell ring clear.
It’s kind of gentle but vividly fresh. Green apple crunch, tart lime juice zestiness, an undertow of almond and hazelnut but gently there with cooling, briny minerality on show. It does savouriness well, it does refreshment well. It has this distinct sense of complexity and detail in the fruit profile, light seasoning of spice, that mineral vein that lands at the lip-smacking end of the spectrum. It’s a ripper.
