Apple flesh, sourdough. Saline and savoury. Our take on zero dosage Champagne. Fruit is sourced from a NASAA Certified Biodynamic vineyard in the Goulburn Valley. It is bottled unfined, unfiltered and without the use of additives or preservatives.
