Made with 35 different spices, herbs and fruits. Mostly homegrown and gathered locally. Main botanicals: Rhubarb, Native Pepper Berries, Hibiscus, Wormwood, Bay leaf, and Thyme. Aged in a French barrique, bottled without fining or filtering.
