Notes from the winemakers:
90% Lambrusco, 10% Vermentino. The Lambrusco, new to our winery in 2023, proved an instant star. A rosato-style pét nat from Lambrusco with a touch of Vermentino, Pata Trava is lightly sparkling, juicy, and tangy. Fresh, wild strawberry aromas and vibrant acidity make it extremely moreish and effortlessly drinkable.
